Method for preventing existing line from transversely moving during jacking super-long framed bridge
The invention provides a method for preventing an existing line from transversely moving during jacking a super-long framed bridge. The method comprises the following steps of laying a steel plate on the top of the framed bridge along a walking track of a sliding trolley; coating butter on the surface of the steel plate; arranging the sliding trolley under a cross beam; tensioning a chain block by chain block pulling personnel before jacking; detaching a temporary supporting pier under the cross beam; pulling the chain block at a constant speed by the chain block pulling personnel in the jacking process; after the framed bridge is jacked through once pickaxing, stopping pulling the chain block; after pickaxing is released, firmly placing the temporary supporting pier under the cross beam according to a required position; and repeating the steps until the framed bridge is jacked in place. The method for preventing the existing line from transversely moving during jacking the super-long framed bridge, provided by the invention, is advantaged in that the structure of a device used by the method is simple; the jacking is manually finished; and the method is flexible and convenient. Members can be recycled so that the cost can be reduced and the application range of the method is wide. As the method is convenient in construction, the friction force in the method is small and the line is prevented from transversely moving, the safety in railway operation can be guaranteed.
