The lower end of each rotating shaft is provided with a drill bit. A first arm shaped like a Chinese character 'gan' and a second arm shaped like the Chinese character 'gan' are symmetric. A plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged on the left and right sides of the first arm shaped like the Chinese character 'gan'. A plurality of first stirring cutters are arranged at the lower end of the first arm shaped like the Chinese character 'gan'. A plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged on the left and right sides of the second arm shaped like the Chinese character 'gan'.
