Implementing method for T-shaped round-head pile manufacturing device
Disclosed is an implementing method for a T-shaped round-head pile manufacturing device. A control device controls a first high-pressure cylinder, a second high-pressure cylinder, a third high-pressure cylinder and a fourth high-pressure cylinder to extend together and then retract repeatedly to drive a T-shaped frame to descend and then ascend repeatedly, multiple first stirring knives on the lower portion of the T-shaped frame and multiple second stirring knives inside the T-shaped frame cut and stir soil and high-pressure water outside five stirring and cutting heads and inside the T-shaped frame into slurry in the process of up-down reciprocating, high-pressure gas discharged at the tail ends of exhaust pipes of four high-pressure cylinders expand and ascend in the slurry to pneumatically lift large particles in the slurry, and the slurry carries the large particles out of holes to form T-shaped holes.
