The invention provides a double-round-head pile forming machine. First cutting teeth and second cutting teeth of a left round-head frame and first cutting teeth and second cutting teeth of a right round-head frame cut soil outside six stirring heads and in the left round-head frame and the right-round-head frame in the mutual left-right moving process of the first cutting teeth and second cutting teeth the cut soil and cement slurry are stirred and mixed. Cement soil double-round-head piles with front ends provided with double-concave round heads and rear ends provided with double-convex round heads are formed in the downward pressing process of drill rods. The double-convex round heads at the front end of each cement soil double-round-head pile are inserted into double-convex round heads at the rear end of the other adjacent cement soil double-round-head pile to form inserting connection combination of multiple cement soil double-round-head piles. The inserting connection combination of multiple cement soil double-round-head piles is used for cutting seepage of underground water of a building foundation pit.
