Deep sea underwater power hammer
The invention discloses a deep sea underwater power hammer and relates to a pressure container formed by a stamped end cover. The pressure container is internally provided with an impact hammer capable of carrying out reciprocating motion. A power device is installed on the part, above the impact hammer, in the pressure container. The power device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic system and an electric control system, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the impact hammer. Compression resistant bins are symmetrically installed on the two sides of a pile pipe, and the compression resistant bins and the pile pipe are connected in a sealed manner. The power hammer comprises the pile pipe with an opening in the upper end, a conical impact head is arranged at the lower end of the pile pipe, and the detachable end cover is connected with the upper end of the pile pipe in a sealed manner. By means of the deep sea underwater power hammer, deep sea underwater power impact operation is achieved, a long impact rod is not needed, the phenomenon that the impact strength is weakened due to elastic deformation of the long impact rod and the resistance of water flow can be avoided, and impact operation under deep sea water is directly achieved through the pre-compression type under water power impact hammer.
