Foundation pit backfill sand vibration compaction method
The invention discloses a foundation pit backfill sand vibration compaction method. The method comprises the steps of: 1) beating of steel plate piles; 2) supporting of the pair of steel plate piles through circuit purlins and support rods; 3) digging of a foundation pit; 4) construction and placement of a pipe rack structure into the foundation pit; 5) implementation of once sand backfill at two sides and the top of the pipe rack; 6) primary compaction through filling water in backfill sand in the foundation pit; 7) disassembly of the circuit purlins and the support rods; 8) clamping of the steel plate piles by a vibration hammer, vibration pulling-out of the steel plate piles, and compaction of the backfill sand by using the pile pulling vibration force; 9) primary detection of the backfill sand compactness; and 10) surface soil backfill and completion. The method uses the mechanical compaction for replacing the manual compaction, so that the manual operation under weaker environment is prevented, and the working environment is improved; and the once sand backfill is performed, so that multiple times of procedure conversion are reduced, the construction progress is quickened, the layering detection is omitted, and the cost is reduced.
