The invention discloses a vibration compaction device and method for a backfill area in building construction, and the method comprises the following steps that: backfill soil is selected, and the backfill soil is laid into a foundation pit in a layered manner; vibration compaction is carried out once when a layer of backfill soil is laid; before the backfill soil is subjected to vibration compaction, the moisture content of the backfill soil is monitored in real time; the backfill soil is subjected to vibration compaction, moisture in the backfill soil is sucked out through permeation at the position where the moisture content of the backfill soil is high, and moisture is injected into the backfill soil through direct water injection at the position where the moisture content of the backfill soil is low; and a geogrid is laid below each layer of backfill soil. According to the method, the water content of the backfill soil in the area being subjected to vibration compaction is monitored and controlled, so that the vibration compaction effect is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑施工中回填区振动压实装置及振动压实方法,包括以下步骤:选取回填土,并将回填土分层铺设到基坑内;每铺设一层回填土,进行一次振动压实;在对所述回填土进行振动压实前,对回填土的含水率进行实时监测;对所述回填土进行振动压实,在回填土含水率较高的位置,通过渗透吸出回填土内水分,在回填土含水率较低的位置,通过直接注水向回填土内注入水分;在每一层回填土的下方均铺放有土工格栅。本发明通过监测并控制正在进行振动压实区域的回填土含水率,使得振动压实效果得到有效提升。
