The invention discloses an indoor testing device for minitype grouting gravel steel pipe piles and a testing method of the indoor testing device. The indoor testing device comprises a grouting device, a disc-shaped steel die base arranged on a testing platform, a cylindrical cylinder steel die, a cylindrical glass plate and a carrying support. An annular stand column groove is formed in the top face of the steel die base. The cylinder steel die is connected to the stand column groove in an insertion mode. The cylindrical glass plate is located on the cylinder steel die, and the diameter of the cylindrical glass plate is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder steel die. The carrying support is erected over the steel die base, the cylinder steel die and the cylindrical glass plate. Pressure springs are connected between a top support plate and the cylindrical glass plate. The carrying support is provided with the top support plate capable of moving downwards, the stretching length of the pressure springs can be adjusted by moving the top support plate so that construction conditions can be simulated, part pile bodies of minitype grouting gravel steel pipe piles under the situation of different levels of upper covering pressure can be manufactured for a test room to test the chemical indexes of the part pile bodies, and thus optimization of a construction scheme can be assisted.
