The invention discloses a testing device and a testing method for testing groutability of calcareous sand grouting, and belongs to the technical field of calcareous sand foundation reinforcement. The grouting system prepares grouting slurry and injects the slurry into the test system; the data collection system collects data such as pore water pressure, soil pressure and slurry flow velocity of the test system; when the grouting system carries out grouting on the calcareous sand in the test system, the data collection system records the grouting process, the grouting pressure, the slurry flow and data such as the pore water pressure, the soil pressure and the flow of the calcareous sand layer of the test system through a camera. The groutability analysis of the grout in the test soil sample stratum is judged through indexes, and the feasibility of grouting reinforcement of the calcareous sand foundation is effectively demonstrated.
