Bucket rod telescopic mechanism
A bucket rod telescopic mechanism comprises front bucket rods, bucket rod bases and drive oil cylinders. The front bucket rods are connected with the bucket rod bases through linear slider sliding-rail mechanisms which are provided with locking units for locking stretching or retraction positions of the front bucket rods. The front bucket rods are hinged to connection rods, the other ends of the connection rods are hinged to the ends of rocking rods, and the other ends of the rocking rods are hinged to the bucket rod bases. Piston rods of the drive oil cylinders are hinged to middle supports of the rocking rods. Each linear slider sliding-rail mechanism comprises a sliding rail which is fixed on the corresponding front bucket rod and stretches out towards the corresponding bucket rod base and a slider connected with the corresponding bucket rod base. The locking units are arranged at positions of the sliders of the bucket rod bases. The bucket rod telescopic mechanism has the advantages that a crank-slider principle is used for achieving the multiplication of the bucket rod telescopic travel to the oil cylinder telescopic travel, so that the oil cylinder travel is reduced under the same bucket rod telescopic travel. Meanwhile, minimization selection of hydraulic parts is achieved by the arrangement of the two oil cylinders.
