Telescopic hydraulic trash-cleaning grab bucket
The invention belongs to the technical field of trash rack trash cleaning equipment, and particularly relates to a telescopic hydraulic trash cleaning grab bucket which comprises a grab bucket frame, at least one telescopic mechanism arranged on the grab bucket frame and a claw tooth assembly arranged at the end of the telescopic mechanism, and the grab bucket frame is located on the upstream side of a trash rack; the telescopic mechanism comprises a telescopic arm rigidly connected to the grab bucket frame and a first oil cylinder used for driving the telescopic arm. The telescopic arm can drive the claw tooth assembly to reciprocate and clean dirt from the lower portion of the hydraulic structural beam to the surface of the trash rack, and the telescopic mechanism enables the rotary rake claw and the shovel tooth to be close to or away from the surface of the trash rack, so that the rotary rake claw and the shovel tooth reach the surface of the trash rack from the lower portion of the hydraulic structural beam to clean dirt of the trash rack. Not only can dirt on the surface of the trash rack be cleaned, but also dirt below a hydraulic structural beam can be cleaned. When the trash cleaning grab bucket is used for cleaning trash on a trash rack, normal power production of a power station unit is not affected, and the power generation efficiency of a power station can be greatly improved.
本发明属于拦污栅清污设备技术领域,具体是涉及到一种可伸缩的液压清污抓斗,包括抓斗架、设置于抓斗架上的至少一个伸缩机构以及设置于伸缩机构端部的爪齿组件,抓斗架位于拦污栅上游侧;伸缩机构包括刚性连接于抓斗架上的伸缩臂以及用于驱动伸缩臂的油缸一;伸缩臂可带动所述爪齿组件往复运动并清理水工结构梁下方至栅面上的污物,伸缩机构使转动耙爪及铲齿可以靠近拦污栅栅面或者远离拦污栅栅面,使转动耙爪及铲齿从水工梁下面到达拦污栅栅面前,进行拦污栅污物清理工作,不但可以清理拦污栅栅面污物,还能清理水工结构梁下面的污物。采用该清污抓斗清理拦污栅污物时,不影响发电站机组正常的电力生产,能大大提高电站发电效率。
