The invention discloses a bent type staged yield metal damper, which comprises an energy dissipation steel plate, a second energy dissipation steel plate, a plurality of pad plates and connecting plates, wherein the first energy dissipation steel plate, the second energy dissipation steel plate and the pad plates are arranged between the connecting plates; the first energy dissipation steel plate is arranged among the pad plates; the second energy dissipation steel plate is arranged among the pad plates; and the first energy dissipation steel plate, the pad plates, the second energy dissipation steel plate and the connecting plates are mutually connected. The bent type staged yield metal damper has the advantages that through the simultaneous work of the first energy dissipation steel plate and the second energy dissipation steel plate, the staged yield under slight earthquakes and severe earthquakes is ensured; the structure is simple; and the production is convenient and fast.
