The manufacturing method comprises that a plurality of heat-preservation exterior trim plates are made, each heat-preservation exterior trim plate comprises a heat-preservation plate and an exterior trim plate, the surfaces of the heat-preservation plate and the exterior trim plate are connected, and four end faces of each exterior trim plate are respectively provided with a slot; a bottom die is paved; the plurality of heat-preservation exterior trim plates are paved on the bottom die, and the exterior trim plates are arranged under the heat-preservation plates; connecting pieces are installed among the plurality of heat-preservation exterior trim plates, each connecting piece comprises plug-in portions and a pre-embedded portion, the plug-in portions is connected with the pre-embedded portion, the plug-in portions are inserted into slots, and the pre-embedded portion extends upwards to stretch out of the heat-preservation plate; a side die is installed; and concrete is poured on the heat-preservation plates, a concrete wall is molded, and the pre-embedded portions of the connecting pieces are embedded into the concrete wall. According to the invention, the plug-in portions of the connecting pieces are inserted into the slots, the connecting pieces are connected with the exterior trim plates, then the pre-embedded portions of the connecting pieces are embedded into the concrete wall, and therefore the exterior trim plates are connected to the concrete wall by means of the connecting pieces in a dry manner.
