Prefabricated wall module for exterior insulation
The present invention relates to a prefabricated wall module for exterior insulation, wherein an insulator and a mold are prefabricated. More specifically, the mold can be installed without a temporary construction material or a site reinforcement placing work. So, a quality of a wall is obtained, and both frame construction and exterior insulation construction can be conducted without an additional insulation construction process. Therefore, the prefabricated wall module for exterior insulation can improve workability and reduce construction periods. The prefabricated wall module for exterior insulation, which is for a concrete wall construction, comprises: an interior support unit arranged in multiple rows in a vertical direction on an indoor side in a wall, and having a space unit in which concrete is placed; the insulator installed on a rear surface on an outdoor side of the interior support unit; an exterior support unit arranged at a position corresponding to the interior support unit in the multiple rows, and supporting the outer side of the insulator; a connection bar connecting the interior support unit and the exterior support unit; and the lightweight mold individually connected to the outer end of the exterior support unit and the interior support unit.
본 발명은 단열재와 거푸집이 선조립된 외단열 선조립 벽체 모듈에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 현장 철근 배근 작업이나 가설재 없이 거푸집을 설치할 수 있어 벽체 품질을 확보하면서도 별도의 추가적인 단열 시공 공정 없이 골조 공사와 함께 외단열 병행 시공이 가능하여 시공성 향상 및 공기 단축이 가능한 외단열 선조립 벽체 모듈에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 외단열 선조립 벽체 모듈은 콘크리트 벽체 시공을 위한 외단열 선조립 벽체 모듈에 관한 것으로, 벽체 내부의 실내 측에 수직 방향으로 복수 열 배치되어 사이에 콘크리트가 타설되는 공간부가 형성되는 내측지지구; 상기 내측지지구의 실외 측 배면에 구비되는 단열재; 상기 내측지지구와 대응되는 위치에 복수 열로 배치되어 단열재의 외측면을 지지하는 외측지지구; 상기 내측지지구와 외측지지구를 연결하는 연결바; 및 상기 내측지지구와 외측지지구의 외측단에 각각 결합되는 경량거푸집; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
