The invention discloses a prefabricated assembled type concrete shear wall with rebars in staggered arrangement and an assembly method. The prefabricated assembled type concrete shear wall comprises a lower shear wall, an upper shear wall and a grouting structure, the grouting structure is formed by a grouting material which is poured in a splicing seam between the lower shear wall and the upper shear wall, the top end of each of M1 first vertical rebars in a lower rebar cage in the lower shear wall extends out to the outer side of the lower shear wall, the bottom end of each of M2 second vertical rebars in an upper rebar cage in the upper shear wall extends out to the outer side of the upper shear wall, the second vertical rebars and the first vertical rebars are in staggered arrangement, m1 upper grouting connection holes are formed in the lower portion of the upper shear wall, and m2 lower grouting connection holes are formed in the upper portion of the lower shear wall. The assembly method includes the steps of 1, prefabricating of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall; 2, hoisting and mounting of the upper shear wall; 3, grouting; and 4, maintaining. The prefabricated assembled type concrete shear wall is reasonable in design, convenient to construct, low in input cost and good in using effect, and various problems of conventional assembled type shear wall structures can be solved.
