Prefabricated reinforced concrete composite floor slab component and assembly type floor composed of same
The invention provides a prefabricated reinforced concrete composite floor slab component. The middle of a rear plate is provided with a protruding front plate. A gap is reserved between the outer periphery of the front plate and the outer periphery of the rear plate. Concrete is poured into the front plate and the rear plate. The front plate and the rear plate are each internally provided with a plurality of longitudinal steel ribs in the width direction of the front plate and the width direction of the rear plate, and the longitudinal steel ribs extend in the length direction of the component. The front plate and the rear plate are each internally provided with a plurality of transverse steel ribs in the length direction of the front plate and the length direction of the rear plate, and the transverse steel ribs extend in the width direction of the component. The longitudinal steel ribs and the transverse steel ribs in the front plate and in the rear plate penetrate through the concrete to form reinforced meshes. The reinforced mesh of the front plate and the reinforced mesh of the rear plate are connected through lap joint of the steel ribs. The two ends of the longitudinal steel ribs and the two ends of the transverse steel ribs in the front plate stretch out of the front plate. The thickness of the middle of the component is increased, the two layers of reinforced meshes mutually connected are prearranged in the component, and accordingly the overall structural strength of the component is good, the component is not prone to being broken in transport and construction, the damage rate is low, safety of an assembly type building is guaranteed easily, and economic loss is reduced. Meanwhile, the component does not need to be assembled on site, and on-site workloads are greatly reduced.
