Antimony-based compound flame retardant for silicate fiberboard and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses an antimony-based compound flame retardant for silicate fiberboard and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the fields of material and chemical engineering. The antimony-based compound flame retardant comprises the following components by weight: 50-60 parts of antimony trioxide, 20-30 parts of calcium silicate, 4-10 parts of zinc borate, 3-10 parts of hydrotalcite and 3-5 parts of a modifier. The antimony-based compound flame retardant is prepared by the steps of antimony trioxide modification, raw material mixing and screening. The present invention employs antimony trioxide, zinc borate, hydrotalcite and modifier for the preparation of the compound flame retardant, and improves the refractoriness and processing property of the fireproof plate in reducing the amount of antimony. Meanwhile, the raw materials do not contain halogen or heavy metals such as lead and mercury, and do not produce harmful gases or waste in usage.
