The invention provides a high-aluminum type aluminum silicate fiberboard and a preparation method thereof, the high-aluminum type aluminum silicate fiberboard is formed by combining high-purity aluminum oxide, silica powder, a binding agent, a filler-grade auxiliary agent and a water repellent, and the high-aluminum type aluminum silicate fiberboard comprises preparation equipment which specifically comprises an electric furnace, injection equipment, a pulp preparing pool, a forming pool, a mold, a drying furnace, a pump and a beater; high-purity aluminum oxide and silica powder are fused through an electric furnace and then blown into flocculent fibers through blowing equipment, the prepared flocculent fibers are raw materials of the fiberboard, raw material debugging is conducted, the flocculent fiber raw materials are added into a pulp preparing pool, a reagent is added into the pulp preparing pool, the high-purity aluminum oxide and the silica powder are fused through a circuit, and the high-purity aluminum oxide and the silica powder are mixed to form the fiberboard. Then the high-purity aluminum oxide and the silica powder are prepared into flocculent fibers through injection equipment, and the flocculent fibers formed by combining the high-purity aluminum oxide and the silica powder can enable the fiberboard to have a high-aluminum effect after being processed, so that the fiberboard has certain high-temperature resistance and toughness.
