The invention discloses an anti-freezing reinforced concrete box culvert and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method comprises the steps that 1, sludge is soaked in activated fluid, filtered, dried and screened to prepare activated sludge; 2, cement, the activated sludge, pebbles, sand, coal ash and water are mixed to prepare concrete; 3, the concrete is poured into a steel reinforcement framework, and cured to obtain the anti-freezing reinforced concrete box culvert, wherein the activated fluid contains the water, hydrochloric acid, sulphosalicylic acid and dimercapto-sodium propanesulphonate. By means of the method, the prepared anti-freezing reinforced concrete box culvert has excellent fissure load and failure load indexes.
