The invention discloses a reinforced concrete box culvert and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes the steps that 1, sludge is soaked in activate fluid to be filtered, dried and screened, and activate sludge is obtained; 2, cement, the activate sludge, stones, sand, coal ash and water are mixed, and concrete is manufactured; and 3, the concrete is poured into a reinforced framework, curing is conducted, and the reinforced concrete box culvert is manufactured, wherein the activate fluid contains water, hydrochloric acid, tartaric acid and sodium lauryl sulfate. The reinforced concrete box culvert manufactured through the method has the excellent load crack and failure load indexes.
