The curing agent comprises a curing component composed of cement, lime, gypsum and magnesium oxide, an adsorbing component composed of attapulgite, bentonite and activated carbon, an auxiliary curing component composed of silica and aluminium oxide and a function component composed of potassium permanganate, sulfide or sub-sulfide, CMC and the like. The curing agent is low in component production cost, good in curing effect and capable of reducing secondary pollution.
