Curing agent for repairing heavy metal polluted soil and application thereof
The invention discloses a curing agent for repairing heavy metal polluted soil and application thereof, which relate to the field of soil repairing and governing. The curing agent is composed of, by weight, 10%-20% of cement, 30%-60% of alkaline residues and 20%-40% of gypsum. The use method of the curing agent comprises the following steps of firstly, excavating and moving out polluted soil, crushing and screening to obtain fine soil particles, uniformly stirring the curing agent with the fine soil particles according to a weight percentage of 20-30%, spraying water until the water content is (w-5%)-(w+5%), covering with a plastic film, and standing for 7-10 days, and finally, backfilling and rolling the soil body, and completing remediation of the heavy metal contaminated soil body. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention is simple and effective to operate, not only reduces the problem of large land occupation caused by self-stacking of the wastes, but also can effectively improve the problem of heavy metal polluted soil body, achieves the purpose of turning waste into wealth, and has relatively high application value and environmental benefit.
本发明公开了一种修复重金属污染土的固化剂及其应用,涉及土壤修复治理领域,所述固化剂由水泥,碱渣和石膏组成,按重量百分比为:水泥10%~20%,碱渣30%~60%,石膏20%~40%。该固化剂的使用方法包括首先将污染土开挖移出,碾碎、筛分,得到细土颗粒。然后将固化剂按重量百分比为20%~30%的比例与细土颗粒搅拌均匀,并喷洒水至含水量至(w‑5%)~(w+5%),并用塑料膜覆盖,静置7~10天。最后将土体回填碾压,即完成重金属污染土体的修复。与现有技术相比,本发明的方法操作简单有效,不仅减少这些废弃物自身堆放占据极大用地的问题,还能有效改善重金属污染土体问题,达到变废为宝的目的,具有较高的应用价值和环境效益。
