The invention discloses a novel pyrophyllite, silicon carbide and carbon unburned brick for hot-metal bottles and hot-metal ladles. The novel pyrophyllite, silicon carbide and carbon unburned brick is made of flint clay, pyrophyllite, silicon carbide and graphite electrode powder by the aid of liquid sodium silicate which is used as a bonding agent. The novel pyrophyllite, silicon carbide and carbon unburned brick has the advantages that original phenolic resin combined aluminum-silicon carbide carbon bricks and high-temperature burned aluminum-silicon carbide bricks can be replaced, the cost of the novel pyrophyllite, silicon carbide and carbon unburned brick is lower than the costs of the original bricks by 60-50% after the novel pyrophyllite, silicon carbide and carbon unburned brick is applied, the refractory brick is smoothly eroded without falling off during use and is good in heat stability, and the service life of the novel pyrophyllite, silicon carbide and carbon unburned brick is longer than the service lives of existing refractory bricks.
