The invention provides a steel wire stayed cable with polyurea protection materials on an outer layer. The steel wire stayed cable comprises n steel wire combination bodies formed by steel wires, wherein a polyurea protection coating I coats the outermost layer of n steel wire combination bodies to form a steel wire stayed cable Ia or IIa with the polyurea protection materials on the outer layer; the n is greater than or equal to 1 but is smaller than 1500; a winding and coating belt is arranged on the outermost layer of the steel wire stayed cable Ia or IIa to form a steel wire stayed cable Ia0 and IIa0 with the polyurea protection materials on the outer layer; a polyurea protection coating II coats the outer layer of the winding and coating belt of the steel wire stayed cable Ia0 and IIa0; the steel wire stayed cable Ia0b or IIa0b with the polyurea protection materials on the outer layer is formed; the outer layer of each steel wire stayed cable is provided with a single-layer or double-layer HDPE sleeve, or the outer layer of the single-layer or double-layer HDPE sleeve is also coated with a polyurea protection coating III to form the multiplex-protection steel wire stayed cable with the polyurea protection materials on the outer layer. The steel wire stayed cable has the advantages of anti-slip performance, anti-corrosion performance, vibration reduction, high anti-fatigue intensity and long service life.
