Steel wire stayed cable filled or coated with polyurea protection materials
The invention provides a steel wire stayed cable filled or coated with polyurea protection materials. The steel wire stayed cable comprises a steel wire combination body formed by n steel wires, wherein each gap formed among the n steel wires is filled with a steel wire stayed cable Ia or IIa formed by the polyurea materials; a steel wire stayed cable Ib or IIb which is formed by a polyurea protection coating and is filled with or coated with polyurea protection materials coats the outer layer of the steel wire stayed cable Ia or IIa; a steel wire stayed cable Ia0c, IIa0cIb0c or Iib0c which is formed by a polyurea protection coating II and is filled with or coated with the polyurea protection materials coats the outer layer of a steel wire stayed cable Ia, IIa, Ib or IIb winding and covering belt; the outer layer of each steel wire stayed cable is provided with a single-layer or double-layer HDPE sleeve, or one layer of polyurea coating coats the outer layer of the single-layer or double-layer HDPE sleeve for forming the multi-protection steel wire stayed cable filled with or coated with the polyurea protection materials; and n is greater than or equal to 1. The steel wire stayed cable has the advantages of anti-slip performance, anti-corrosion performance, vibration reduction performance and high anti-fatigue intensity.
