Steel bridge deck pavement structure and method
The invention discloses a steel bridge deck pavement structure and method. The steel bridge deck pavement structure comprises a tack coat and a pavement layer. The tack coat is an ester tack coat which coats a bridge deck steel plate by using an ester binder as the prime coat. The pavement layer is a colloidal concrete pavement layer which is formed by blending a curing agent, polyurethane and aggregate, and the colloidal concrete pavement layer is laid on the ester tack coat. The steel bridge deck pavement structure has the advantages of being single in material, small in thickness, low in self weight, good in bonding strength, low in cost, good in ductility, small in elasticity modulus, good in integrality and water repellency, good in high-temperature resistance and good in compression resistance and breaking strength. According to the pavement method, the requirement for the construction environment condition is low, no special construction equipment and demanding technological requirements are needed, construction cost is relatively low, and construction is quite convenient.
