The invention discloses a steel bridge deck pavement structure and a pavement method, and belongs to the technical field of pavement pavement. The structure sequentially comprises a waterproof bonding layer, a pavement layer and a surface layer from bottom to top, the waterproof bonding layer is coated on the bridge deck steel plate by taking SupEA modified epoxy resin as a bonding agent, and the SupEA modified epoxy resin contains hydroxyl, amido and epoxy functional groups; the pavement layer and the waterproof bonding layer are bonded into a whole through a functional group polymerization reaction; and the surface layer is a wearing layer. The high-temperature heavy-load concrete can adapt to high-temperature heavy-load use conditions, and has excellent pavement performance and super-strong durability; and meanwhile, the construction is convenient, the construction cost is relatively low, and the requirement on the construction environment is not high.
