The invention discloses a swivel spherical hinge for bridge swivel construction. A convex spherical face of the lower end face of an upper spherical hinge body (1) is arranged in a concave spherical face of the upper end face of a lower spherical hinge body (2), and the upper spherical hinge body (1) is connected with the lower spherical hinge body (2) through a rotary shaft (4). A plurality of annular grooves (5) are machined in the concave spherical face of the lower spherical hinge body (2) and each provided with a plurality of vibration holes (6). Vibration hole cover plates (7) are arranged on the vibration holes (6). A plurality of sector wear-resisting plates (8) are evenly embedded in the annular grooves (5). A swivel spherical hinge friction pair is formed by the upper surfaces of the wear-resisting plates (8) and the surface of the convex spherical face of the upper spherical hinge body (1). A molybdenum disulfide coating is arranged on the convex spherical face of the upper spherical hinge body (1). The surfaces of the wear-resisting plates (8) are coated with molybdenum disulfide extreme pressure lithium lubricating grease. The swivel spherical hinge has the beneficial effects of achieving wear resisting, self-lubricating, extrusion resisting, adhesion resisting and the like, the friction coefficient is small, and the requirement of a large-span and high-bearing bridge structure for swivel construction is met.
