The construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, a swivel spherical hinge body with a height adjusting function is installed between an upper structural part and a lower structural part, and a limiting part is installed to limit the height change of the swivel spherical hinge body; s2, rotation construction is conducted according to design requirements; s3, after rotation is completed, the limitation of the limiting piece on the height of the rotation spherical hinge body is released, and under the load effect of the upper structural part, the height of the rotation spherical hinge body is decreased till the permanent support or the temporary support on the side edge of the rotation spherical hinge body bears the load of the upper structural part; and S4, the swivel spherical hinge body is taken out, and construction is completed. After the upper structural part is turned, the turning spherical hinge body is lowered directly through the lowering function of the turning spherical hinge body until the permanent support between the pier beams completely bears the load, then the turning spherical hinge body is taken out, resource recycling is achieved on the premise that the upper structural part is not jacked, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种自顶落梁转体施工工艺及转体球铰,包括以下步骤:S1:将具有高度调节功能的转体球铰本体安装于上、下结构件之间,安装限位件限制转体球铰本体高度变化;S2:根据设计要求进行转体施工;S3:转体完成后,释放限位件对转体球铰本体高度的限制,在上结构件的荷载作用下,转体球铰本体的高度下降,直至转体球铰本体侧边的永久支座或者临时支撑承受上结构件的荷载;S4:取出转体球铰本体,完成施工。本发明在完成上结构件转体后,直接利用转体球铰本体的调低功能调低,调至墩梁间永久支座完全承受荷载,后取出转体球铰本体,在不顶升上结构件的前提下实现资源再循环利用,降低成本。
