The invention discloses a closure method for a multi-tower single-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge. The method includes a side span closure step and a mid-span closure step. A side span closure section and an edge section on an abutment pier bent cap are constructed at the same time, so that side span closure is conducted at a time; mid-span closure is completed by locking corrugated steel webs of a mid-span closure section first and then pouring concrete. The closure method for the multi-tower single-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge has the advantages that one-time closure is adopted during side span closure, so that the whole side span closure time is effectively shortened, and construction cost is lowered; during mid-span closure, stiff skeletons and the corrugated steel webs are welded in a phased mode, and thus the stress influence of beam body temperature deformation on the stiff skeletons and the corrugated steel webs in the construction process can be avoided.
