The invention relates to an inhaul cable circulating traction installation construction method for a single-tower single-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge. The spatial position of a lower cable guide pipe is controlled through combination of an internal positioning bolt and a lower correcting body. A beam top hanging plate is arranged on the supporting anchor beam, and the position of the platform supporting beam is controlled through the combination of a connecting shoe groove and an inclined supporting bolt; a transverse positioning bolt and a vertical positioning bolt are combined to control the position of the lower portion of the upper cable guide pipe, and an upper correcting body is adopted to control the position of the upper portion of the upper cable guide pipe; an alignment label is arranged at the top end of the lower cable guide pipe, and a built-in positioning pipe, an annular positioning bolt and a centering tester are arranged in the upper cable guide pipe; the anchor beam back plate is adopted to control the positions of the inhaul cable position control ring and the annular inhaul cable, and compensation tensioning is conducted on the first anchor plate and the annular inhaul cable through the second anchor plate and the post-tensioning screw rod; the pipeline position control hoop and the locking bag are adopted to control the spatial position of the inhaul cable protection pipe. According to the method, the mounting and positioning precision of the cable guide pipe is improved, and the tension stress of the circumferential inhaul cable is accurately controlled.
