The invention discloses a construction method of a corrugated steel web PC box girder cable-stayed bridge. The method includes the following steps that the Nth corrugated steel web section is hoisted and longitudinally connected with the N-1th corrugated steel web section in place; a hanging basket is moved forwards and pulls the N-1th corrugated steel web section through stay cables; a bottom die is erected below the Nth corrugated steel web section, and a concrete bottom plate of the Nth corrugated steel web section is poured on the bottom die; after the concrete bottom plate is maintained and reaches preset strength, a steel tube support and a top die are sequentially erected on the concrete bottom plate from bottom to top, and a concrete top plate is poured on the top die; after the concrete top plate is maintained and reaches the preset strength, longitudinal and transverse pre-stress ribs in the concrete bottom plate and the concrete top plate are pulled to complete construction of one section. The method has the advantages that concrete of the top plate and the bottom plate of a corrugated steel web PC box girder is poured in different stages, and bearing capacity of an existing structure of the section is fully used to bear the dead load and the weight of a subsequent structure, so that the construction load of the hanging basket is reduced.
