The invention discloses a mid-span closure construction method of a corrugated steel web PC box girder cable-stayed bridge. The construction method includes the following steps that front upper cross beams of a hanging basket main truss on sections on the two sides of a closure section are welded into a whole through iron plates; corrugated steel webs are installed on the closure section, one end of each corrugated steel web is welded firstly, and then the other ends of the corrugated steel webs are connected through bolts; the closure section is provided with an inner stiff framework and an outer stiff framework, one end of the inner stiff framework and one end of the outer stiff framework are welded to the section on the corresponding side, and the welded ends are different from the welded ends of the corrugated steel webs; the time interval when the temperature is lowest or the time interval when the temperature is close to the lowest in a day is selected, and at the same time, the corrugated steel webs, the non-welded end of the inner stiff framework and the non-welded end of the outer stiff framework are welded on the same section; pouring of concrete of the closure section is completed; after the concrete of the closure section is maintained to reach design strength, the iron plates welded between the front upper cross beams on the two sides of the hanging basket main truss are removed, a hanging basket and the outer stiff framework are detached, and mid-span closure is achieved. The method has the advantages of being safe, reliable and low in cost.
