The invention discloses a cyclic utilization system for rainwater in a greenbelt. The cyclic utilization system comprises a rainwater collection unit, a humidity detection control unit and a sprinkling irrigation module. The rainwater collection unit comprises a water collection pool lower than a vegetation layer in a greenbelt, a processing pool communicated with the water collection pool, a liquid level sensor mounted onto the side wall of the processing pool and an artificial lake communicated with the processing pool. The water collection pool is communicated with the processing pool by means of a pipeline, on which a valve is arranged. The processing pool is communicated with the artificial lake by means of an underground pipeline provided with a pump machine. The humidity detection control unit comprises a main control unit and an integrated humidity sensor arranged in the vegetation layer in the greenbelt and electrically connected with the main control unit. The sprinkling irrigation module comprises a sprinkling irrigation device arranged in the vegetation layer in the greenbelt, a conveying pipe communicating the artificial lake with the sprinkling irrigation device and a pump machine and a valve which are arranged on the conveying pipe. The main control unit is electrically connected with all pump machines, valves and the liquid level sensor. The cyclic utilization system for rainwater in the greenbelt has following beneficial effects: rainwater can be collected and circularly used in an automated manner; labor workload is decreased; operation time is saved; and utilization efficiency of water resources in a city is greatly increased.
