The invention discloses a mechanical embedded bolt positioning and installing assembly. The mechanical embedded bolt positioning and installing assembly comprises a transverse plate, a toolbox and a light device are arranged on the end faces of the two ends of the transverse plate respectively, support devices are arranged at the two ends of the transverse plate, each wupport device comprises an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate which are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the transverse plate respectively, each upper pressing plate is connected with the corresponding lower pressing plate through stay bolts, a ventral tube is arranged on the lower surface of each stay bolt, each ventral tube is of a telescopic sleeve structure, a positioning plate is arranged on the lower surface of each ventral tube, connecting bolt holes are evenly formed in the upper surface of the transverse plate, and embedded components are arranged in the connecting bolt holes. By means of the mechanical embedded bolt positioning and installing assembly, the relative positions of the sleeves and the bolts in the concrete pouring process can be prevented from shifting.
