The method comprises the steps that an auxiliary positioning device is manufactured; the four connecting pipes are connected into a frame through four-way pipe joints, the vacuum chain type positioning hoops and the pipe hoops with the corresponding number are selected according to the number of the embedded bolts, and the vacuum chain type positioning hoops are fixed to the connecting pipes through the pipe hoops; the embedded bolt is fixed in the vacuum chain type positioning clamp, and the size of the frame and the position of the pipe clamp are adjusted according to the design position of the embedded bolt in the fixing process; the adjusted auxiliary positioning device is moved to the position of a foundation to be poured, and alignment is conducted according to the designed elevation of the embedded bolt; and the slurry is used for pouring a foundation to be poured, and the pre-burying process of the pre-buried bolt is completed. The position accuracy of the embedded bolt can be guaranteed, and the installation requirements of bolts of different specifications, different sizes and different positions can be met.
