The water storage and scour prevention maintenance system comprises slope water storage and scour prevention devices, a slope circulating pipe device and a slope bottom stored water conveying device. The slope water storage and scour prevention devices comprise hollow supports and U-shaped anchoring nails for fixing the supports and being inserted into a slope face. The supports and the U-shaped anchoring nails are arranged in a hinged mode. The upper ends of the supports are provided with water collectors in a hinged mode. Supporting rods are hinged to the middles of the supports. Baffles for shielding rain are arranged on the supporting rods. The slope circulating pipe device comprises a water supply pipe clamped to openings of the U-shaped anchoring nails and joint pipe for connecting the supports and the water supply pipe. The slope bottom stored water conveying device comprises a water source connected with the water supply pipe and a water pump. The water storage and scour prevention maintenance system is lower in manufacturing cost, mounting cost and maintenance cost, it is guaranteed that slope vegetation can be well maintained continuously, and direct scour, caused by direct irrigation of manual spray nozzles and heavy rainfall, of the slope face is avoided.
