Melted slag granulating and waste heat recovering device
The invention relates to a melted slag granulating and waste heat recovering device. The melted slag granulating and waste heat recovering device comprises a granulating spray pipe, a slag inlet and an air inlet are formed in the granulating spray pipe, and the air inlet is connected with a fan. The melted slag granulating and waste heat recovering device further comprises a boiler used for being heated by a hot-blast stove, and the air inlet is connected with a superheated steam outlet in the boiler. High-pressure blast and superheated steam can be provided in the melted slag granulating stage for granulating work, the superheated steam generated by the boiler heated by the hot-blast stove serves as granulating power, and therefore electric energy consumption in the granulating process is reduced.
