SLAG HEAT RECOVERING DEVICE, SLAG HEAT RECOVERING METHOD, AND HEAT GENERATING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering heat as high-temperature water from high-temperature slag generated in refining metal.SOLUTION: A slag heat recovering device 250 is composed of a charging portion 22 for high-temperature slag 21, a water tank portion 23 for reserving water, a slag discharging portion 210, and a heat exchanging portion 25. The charging portion 22 is inclined, the discharging portion 210 has a screw conveyor 29, and the heat exchanging portion 25 is disposed at an upper part in the vertical direction, of the water tank portion 23. The high-temperature slag 21 has a temperature of 800°C or more, and its grain size is 2-8 mm. The charging portion 22 has an inclined face of an inclination angle of 20-55 degrees. The high-temperature slag 21 is charged into water along the inclined face, the slag 28 after cooling is discharged, and steam 24 generated in charging the slag 21 into the water is recovered and made to exchange heat with water 27C to obtain hot water 27.
【課題】金属製錬の際に発生する高温スラグから高温水として熱回収を行う装置を提供する。【解決手段】スラグ熱回収装置250は、高温スラグ21の投入部22、水を溜めておく水槽部23、スラグの排出部210、熱交換部25から構成され、投入部22は傾斜しており、排出部210にはスクリューコンベア29を有し、熱交換部25は水槽部23の鉛直方向上方に設ける。高温スラグ21は800℃以上の温度を有し、粒度2〜8mm、また投入部22は傾斜角20〜55度の斜面を有する。高温スラグ21を斜面に沿って水中に投入し、冷却後のスラグ28を排出し、水中へのスラグ21投入により発生した蒸気24を回収し、水27Cと熱交換させることで温水27を得る。【選択図】図2
