The invention discloses anti-crack low-alkali environmental-friendly cement which comprises the raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-65% of limestones, 10-20% of sandstones, 8-15% of dolomite, 2-5% of aluminum ore barren rocks, 4-10% of copper slag, 5-7% of steel scrap and 7-10% of high chloride content waste. According to the anti-crack low-alkali environmental-friendly cement disclosed by the invention, the content of K in the raw material is reduced by virtue of a principle that Cl ions in high chloride content waste and K ions in a high alkali raw material are combined to generate KCL. Moreover, by adopting industrial waste residue copper slag as an irony correcting raw material and aluminum ore barren rocks as an aluminum correcting raw material, not only is the pollution caused by solid waste on the environment solved, but also waste is turned into wealth. The cement disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of being low in alkali content, intermediate in hydration, high in strength, slight in expansion and the like.
