The invention discloses a composition used for improving cement adhesion. The composition is characterized by comprising volcanic rock fiber, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyurethane acrylate, polyacrylonitrile fibre, polyethylene glycol and nano-iron, wherein the carboxymethyl cellulose which is an anionic cellulose ether has stable performance and quite strong adhesion. Because the nano-iron particle is small in size, is high in specific surface energy and is high in proportion of atoms on the surface, the specific surface area of the particle is rapidly increased and the proportion of atoms on the surface is rapidly increased with reduction of the particle size, so that the nano-iron particle has the characteristics of low density, low flow rate, high mixing ratio and so on. The nano-iron added into the composition can raise the adhesion. The polyethylene glycol added as a dispersant can raise dispersibility and stability of the nano-iron, and can greatly reduce the tension between the nano-iron and a dispersion interface, so that the compatibility between the nano-iron and the carboxymethyl cellulose is improved, and the adhesion of the composition used for raising cement adhesion is greatly improved.
