Ultrafine pure-white inorganic fiber coating
The invention discloses an ultrafine pure-white inorganic fiber coating. The inorganic fiber coating is prepared from the following ingredients in a certain proportioning ratio: 500-550 units (by weight) of inorganic fibers, 150-200 units (by weight) of glass micro-beads, 20-30 units (by weight) of nano heat insulating material, 200-300 units (by weight) of cement, 30-50 units (by weight) of polymer rubber powder and 5-10 units (by weight) of cellulose; and when the coating is used, a coating layer with certain thickness can be formed through adding 200-300 units (by weight) of water into the inorganic fiber coating, carrying out low-speed uniform stirring, coating a substrate wall with the mixture, and carrying out drying. According to the inorganic fiber coat, the ultrafine inorganic fibers and the pure-white nano glass micro-beads serve as a heat preservation base material, a nano-scale heat preservation material, which takes the vacuum glass micro-beads with nano ingredients as aggregates, is added on the basis of making full use of the fire resistance and heat preservation property of the inorganic fibers, and the heat conduction and heat convection between the fibers and the glass micro-beads are cut off by using the ultralow heat insulating performance of the nano-material, so that superior heat preservation and heat insulating properties are shown.
