The ceramic cutter material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of the serpentine tailings, 8-12 parts of zirconium dioxide, 2-3 parts of nickel powder, 4-6 parts of white alundum, 2-3 parts of calcium metaaluminate, 5-7 parts of laterite, 3-5 parts of beryllia, 4-6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.4-0.8 part of potassium humate, 1-2 parts of acetic acid, 1-2 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 2-3 parts of propylene glycol alginate, 2-3 parts of methyl cellulose, 2-3 parts of nano microcrystalline cellulose and 7-8 parts of adjuvants. According to the ceramic cutter material prepared from the serpentine tailings and the preparation method therefor, the main raw material, i.e., the serpentine tailings, has the advantages of heat resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation, relatively good operational characteristics and the like, and the ingredients such as zirconium dioxide, white alundum, calcium metaaluminate, laterite, beryllia and the like have stable chemical properties, so that the prepared ceramic cutter material is good in heat resistance, high in corrosion resistance, high in strength and long in service life and has important economic and social benefits.
