Ceramsite material prepared from serpentine tailings and sludge and preparation method of ceramsite material
The invention relates to the field of solid waste comprehensive utilization, in particular to a ceramsite material prepared from serpentine tailings and sludge and a preparation method of the ceramsite material. The ceramsite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 65 to 75% of the serpentine tailings and 20 to 30% of the sludge, the preparation method of the ceramsite material comprises the following steps: (1) respectively drying serpentine tailing fine powder and the sludge, and mixing to obtain a dried solid waste raw material; mixing the solid waste raw material with clay, a pore-forming agent and water, and grinding to obtain a mixture; (2) putting the mixture into a granulator to prepare a ceramsite green body; and (3) drying the ceramsite greenbody, and carrying out high-temperature sintering. By means of the method, the solid waste serpentine tailings and sludge can be fully utilized, the additional value of the solid waste can be greatlyincreased, resource cyclic utilization of the solid waste is achieved, and site resources occupied by landfill are reduced.
本发明涉及固体废弃物综合利用领域,尤其涉及一种利用蛇纹石尾矿及污泥制备的陶粒材料及其制备方法;本发明所述的陶粒材料由包括如下质量百分比的原料制成:蛇纹石尾矿65~75%和污泥20~30%;所述陶粒材料的制备方法包括:(1)将蛇纹石尾矿细粉与污泥分别进行烘干后,混合,得到干燥的固废原料;将固废原料与黏土、造孔剂和水混合,粉磨后得混合料;(2)将混合料投入造粒机中制备陶粒坯体;(3)将陶粒坯体烘干后,进行高温烧结。通过本发明的方法,不仅可以充分利用固体废弃物蛇纹石尾矿与污泥,而且能够大幅度提高了固体废弃物的附加值,实现了固体废弃物的资源化循环利用,减少了因填埋占用的场地资源。
