Perforated brick and production method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials and especially relates to a perforated brick and a production method thereof. The production method comprises mixing building spoil, tailing mud, gangue and fly ash, carrying out fragmentation, sieving and re-mixing to obtain mixed raw materials, carrying out ageing, carrying out mixing with water, carrying out maintenance and drying, carrying out extrusion and carrying out palletizing burning to obtain the perforated brick. The perforated brick has excellent compression and cracking resistance. Through use of an appropriate amount of an additive, product performances are improved. Through use of industrial waste, a production cost is saved, resource consumption and environmental pollution are reduced, and discharge treatment on building spoil, tailing mud, gangue and fly ash is realized.
