According to the technical scheme, the cold crack prevention production method comprises the following steps: (1) mounting a die; (2) adding a prepared fused zirconia corundum raw material into an electric arc furnace at twice, wherein the adding amount of each time is half of the total weight of the raw material; after first-time adding, spreading, starting up the electric arc furnace for fusing, and adding for the second time after ten minutes, wherein the three-phase arc voltage of three electrodes of the electric arc furnace is 205-210 V; after fusing for 80-90 min, powering off to stop fusing, blowing oxygen for 3 min at the flow rate of 15 m<3>/h, and then continually fusing, wherein the three-phase arc voltage of three electrodes of the electric arc furnace is 205-210 V; after fusing for 10 min, powering off to stop fusing, and blowing oxygen for 3 min at the flow rate of 15 m<3>/h to obtain a fused casting solution, wherein at the moment, the temperature of the casting solution is 2,000 DEG C or above; (3) performing cast molding. The cold crack prevention production method is simple, high in smelting speed and casting temperature and quick in smelting, and effectively reduces cold cracks, and the viscosity of the casting solution is low.
