The invention discloses a production process of fused white corundum. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, lifting industrial alumina powder through a pipeline and conveying the industrial alumina powder into an electric arc furnace; s2, electrifying the electric arc furnace to enable the temperature in the electric arc furnace to reach 2,000 DEG C to 2,500 DEG C, and heatingthe industrial aluminum oxide powder to be in a molten state; s3, pouring the aluminum oxide in the molten state into a receiving ladle, and carrying out primary cooling on the receiving ladle in thepouring process; s4, taking out the condensed frit, and sending the frit to a secondary cooling place; and s5, conveying the cooled frit to a crushing point, crushing the cooled frit for the first time, and crushing, thefirst time crushed corundum for the second time, wherein the whole process of closed feeding is adopted in the invention, so that the phenomenon of dust in the production process of white corundum is solved; and the production process is simple and the production efficiency is high; and multi-stage crushing and repeated crushing are adopted, so that the granularity uniformity of the produced white corundum is ensured.
