Slab ballast-less track deck for emergency repair of steel beam
The invention discloses a slab ballast-less track deck for emergency repair of a steel beam, which comprises deck slabs, wherein double-block short ties are arranged on the deck slabs, embedded sleeves and fin plates are arranged in the deck slabs, and end-sealed steel plates are arranged at the ends of the deck slabs; the ends of the deck slabs are in a bevel shape, gaps of which the upper parts are wide and the lower parts are narrow are formed at the ends of two adjacent deck slabs, and matched wedge-shaped steel plates are inserted into the gaps; the deck slabs, the double-block short ties, the embedded sleeves, the fin plates and the end-sealed steel plates are prefabricated into a whole through reinforced concrete; the embedded sleeves correspond to bolt holes in upper flanges of steel beams in position and are connected to the bolt holes through bolts; and a riser block set is arranged between the deck slab and the steel beam at the bolted connection part. When used for emergency repair of a high-speed railway bridge, the slab ballast-less track deck disclosed by the invention is connected with a ballast-less track deck of a bridge head, a bridge tail or high-speed railways of other bridge spans; and the slab ballast-less track deck can be simply and quickly paved so as to be favorable for saving the time for emergency repair.
