Semi-rigid composite beam anti-collision guardrail and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a semi-rigid composite beam anti-collision guardrail and a construction method thereof. The semi-rigid composite beam anti-collision guardrail comprises a main body made of ecological nanoparticle reinforced cement-based composite materials and a protective layer made of ultrahigh-ductility cement-based composite materials, and the main body and the protective layer are subjected to composite casting by the construction method to obtain the semi-rigid composite beam anti-collision guardrail. The main body accounts for 2/3-3/4 of the height of the cross section of the composite beam anti-collision guardrail, and the protective layer accounts for 1/4-1/3 of the height of the cross section of the composite beam anti-collision guardrail. The semi-rigid composite beam anti-collision guardrail disclosed by the invention has very high strength and durability and is good in safety protection, low in maintenance frequency and long in service lifetime. After a load disappears, a fine crack can generate a self-repairing effect, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the semi-rigid composite beam anti-collision guardrail.
