The invention discloses a milling-planing step sweeper. The milling-planing step sweeper comprises an installation frame, a rolling brush fixing support and a steel wire rolling brush; the installation frame comprises a connecting support and a triangular fixing support; the triangular fixing support is fixed to the middle portion of the lower end of the connecting support; a first connecting piece is arranged at one end of the connecting support, and the lateral face of the lower end of the rolling brush fixing support is movably connected to the upper end of the first connecting piece; the upper end of the rolling brush fixing support is connected with the triangular fixing support through an angle adjusting rod; a rotating shaft penetrates the rolling brush fixing support; one end of the rotating shaft is fixed to the inner wall of the rolling brush fixing support through a bearing, and the other end of the rotating shaft extends out of the rolling brush fixing support and is connected with a hydraulic motor; and a rapid installation base is connected to the back face of the connecting support. The milling-planing step sweeper is reasonable in design and high in practicability; the aim of mechanization sweeping of milling-planing step faces is achieved; the sweeping efficiency and the sweeping effect on the milling-planing step faces are greatly improved; and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
